RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
General rules for returns and refunds of orders purchased through our website.
As these are hygiene products, returns of products whose packaging (original product box) has been opened or tampered with will not be accepted.
However, as a consumer, you have the right by law to return and request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason. The product must still be completely sealed in its original condition and packaging and sealed, for hygiene reasons.
To proceed with the return, send us an email to: info@leavesofdawn.com, providing us with your order number (find it in your purchase confirmation email), so that we can process your return and proceed with your refund. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer (customer) and therefore will not be refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if all is confirmed in accordance with our policy you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time (7-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your item to arrive back to us.
If you receive your order and notice that the packaging has been damaged, please contact us at info@leavesofdawn.com within 72 hours of receiving your package so that we can resolve the issue in the best way possible.
DEFECTIVE CASES
We work hard to provide high quality products to our customers, but we know that nothing is perfect. If one of our products has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a refund or replacement of the product*, please send an email to info@leavesofdawn.com, providing us with your order number (you can find it in your purchase confirmation email). Please attach a photo of the current condition of the product and tell us what the problem is, so that we can identify where the fault occurred and do our best to fix it next time.
Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a return address label. All you need to do is print the label and attach it firmly to the box (after removing the original shipping instructions), then drop it off at a collection point.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is confirmed according to our policy, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time (7-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your product to arrive back to us.
*In the case of special or limited edition products that are out of stock, we may be able to offer an equivalent product as a replacement. We appreciate your trust in our products and are always here to make your Leaves of Dawn experience positive and special.
